Building a retirement cabin in Colorado and wish to do the same in Lake Atitlan... become a snow bird :-)

Looking for 2 to 3 manznas (hectors) undeveloped land for sale cerca one of the villages but far enough out to have a hermetic experience. Some lakefront prefered but not esential. Would like water source; can drill well if not too high up volcan. Can instal my own solar-wind electric so utility access, though prefered, is not a deal breaker.
